Why we built InCAD
It started on a repair bench. Building my own test station meant a schematic in one program, the circuit board in another, the case in a third, and the simulations somewhere else. Every tool only saw its own piece of the puzzle.
I'd finish a board, print the case, and only then find out a connector hit a wall, or a part I'd chosen couldn't do the job. Back to the start: redesign, re-order, reprint. Version after version of the same case. Weeks of waiting, just to learn what didn't fit.
The hardest part of building something was never the idea.
It was not seeing the finished thing until it was too late to change it.
So we built InCAD: the circuit, the board, the simulation and the enclosure in one place, one project, with an AI assistant that helps you build it and checks every step along the way. You see how it all comes together before you spend a dollar.
Every young engineer has a notebook full of ideas.
InCAD is how they leave the notebook.
